Malcolm Jones

Malcolm founded Productivity Europe in 1989 to develop support and facilitation services in World Class Manufacturing techniques. He learnt from Japanese masters such as Shigeo Shingo and the Total Productivity group at the Japan Management Association, and has edited three books on World Class Manufacturing techniques and practices. Apart from World Class Manufacturing his major interest is Systems Thinking and he holds a Diploma in Systems Practice from the Open University and has contributed to the US Systems Thinker magazine.  

With colleagues at Productivity Europe, Malcolm has developed TPM programmes for FMCG companies such as Unilever, Interbrew and United Distillers, as well as delivering TPM, Quick Changeover, 5S, One Piece Flow and Problem Solving support for companies in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Paul Quayle

Paul spent twenty five years in industry including seven years as Quality Manager with a large Japanese consumer electronics manufacturer and six years implementing change in an established construction vehicle producer before he joined Productivity Europe at the beginning of 1997.

During his time with P.E. he has worked with a number of clients on a variety of projects including BAe Systems, Ball Packaging, Caterpillar, Diageo, Entek International, Ford, NEC, Northern Foods, OKI and Panasonic.
