Visual Workplace - Visual Thinking

This new workshop, presented by Dr Gwendolyn Galsworth, recognised expert and author of books on The Visual Workplace is a combination of classroom learning and shopfloor implementation, courtesy of our hosts, Britvic Soft Drinks, Rugby.  Participants will be exposed to the latest developments in Visual Thinking, and see hundreds of examples of Visual thinking in practice, as well as being able to apply Visual Thinking in our host plant to complete their learning experience.

Gwendolyn D. Galsworth, Ph.D., is president and founder of Quality Methods International Inc. and the Visual-Lean® Institute where in-house trainers and external consultants can get trained and certified in over 15 visual technologies.
